    I do sleep more soundly

    I bought these as my sleep had become disrupted for unknown reasons. These do help me get 4-5 hours of uninterrupted sleep. I have taken to eating a 1/2 gummy as that seems to work fine and does not have an effect the next morning. Also fun to eat in the daytime and watch the backyard birds while listening to music.
