“On September 1, the House of Representatives voted 370 to 48 to pass a short-term government funding bill that also delays a federal ban on Cornbread Hemp products that was set to take effect November 12.
The new deadline is now December 11, meaning Cornbread's products remain fully legal while we work toward a more permanent solution. Lawmakers from both parties backed the extension, a real sign of bipartisan support in Washington for keeping low-dose hemp products legal.
The bigger job is still ahead: Congress now has until December 11 to pass lasting regulations. Cornbread will continue working with lawmakers until the job is done.”
