Do THC drinks go bad?
THC drinks don’t really go “bad” in the sense of spoiling. But THC, or tetrahydrocannabinol (the psychoactive cannabinoid in cannabis) can definitely lose potency and flavor. Exposure to light, oxygen and heat degrades THC, causing it to break down. That means weakened effects. A THC drink past its “best-by” date can also be lacking in flavor and fizz so it’s best to enjoy these beverages before they expire. Once opened, consume within a day or so for the best experience.
