SOCIAL MEDIA & EVENTS MANAGER
Cornbread Hemp is looking for a Social Media & Events Manager to join our growing team. The responsibilities include leading our social media strategy across all social platforms, leading content development across all social platforms, managing relationships with ambassadors and influencers, as well as scheduling and executing promotional events throughout the year.
To be successful in this role, you should:
-Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment while collaborating closely with teammates.
-Know how to build a community across social platforms including Tik-Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
-Be experienced in fine tuning social content to effectively reach various target audiences across different channels.
-Be familiar with the latest social media platforms and up-to-date on new trends.
-Be an extrovert who is comfortable talking to large groups of people during events as well as training new hires to join the events team, as well as engaging with commenters on social media.
-Be familiar with cannabis and hemp, and the politics and policy surrounding these issues with the desire to learn more about this topic.
-Develop and implement a measurable social media strategy that supports business growth and social media growth objectives.
-Build and manage an event marketing team that increases brand awareness in key markets through experiential marketing at local events. Build our ambassador community to be involved in these events while also reaching new customers.
-Work with our graphic designer, videographer, and co-founders to develop educational content, create content during events, and support the launches of new campaigns.
-Manage relationships with influencers and ambassadors to make sure their needs are met and questions are answered promptly.
-Grow the Cornbread Hemp community on social media through existing and new programs, such as our ambassador, giveaway, and influencer programs.
-Manage responses to social media comments and direct messages across all social media channels, including weekend and holiday communications.
-Identify new opportunities on social media for Cornbread Hemp.
-Use data to gain insights to aid in content planning.
-Monitor and analyze performance of each channel to measure impact and share learnings.
-Monitor industry and competitive trends in social media channels, tools, and metrics and remain current on social media industry developments to help strengthen our internal strategy.
-Monitor social media platform terms of service and compliance policies towards cannabis and hemp brands to adjust content and strategy based on any changes.
-Represent the voice of our customer and community by staying in-tune with conversations around our brand on social media, and use that knowledge to drive effective communication and brand building.
-Understand how FDA regulations impact the language we can use on social media, and be able to identify a “drug claim” versus a “supplement claim” in our copy and in UGC testimonials.
-Minimum of 4+ years experience in social media and marketing.
-Experience in analytical platforms tracking social media KPIs.
-Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Tiktok, and other owned platforms.
-A clear communicator that understands brand positioning and tone, with strong grammar and spelling.
-Experience growing an authentic community on social media.
-Experience planning and executing branded promotional events with multiple team members.
-Experience managing relationships with ambassadors, influencers, and other brand partners.
-Meticulous, organized, and used to conscious time management in a fast-paced environment.

Cornbread Hemp is the fastest growing CBD company in America with more than 1,000% growth since 2019, and we are looking for a Growth Marketing Director to help us continue our strong trajectory!
This position will require the ability to be strategic, analytical, and operationally minded while using your knowledge of e-commerce marketing to both conceptualize and manage the production of new content ideas, marketing campaigns, and growth strategies for Cornbread Hemp. Your main responsibility is to continue to grow our new customer acquisition while lowering our CAC.
Using Google Analytics and other digital marketing platforms, you will analyze key performance metrics like ROAS, CAC, and LTV by channel to make recommendations on current and future campaign strategies, channels, and budgets.
-Creating, managing, and executing a strong performance marketing strategy based on sound budgets.
-Working with the CEO to plan the promotional calendar for the year, including campaign strategies, slogans, themes, promotions, and coinciding distribution.
-Developing content strategies for top, mid, and bottom funnel campaigns across all relevant paid media channels.
-Maintaining audiences across channels to be able to target with specific messages based on audience segmentation.
-Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns that match the customer segment.
-Developing creative campaign ideas for seasonal promotions, influencer partnerships, and product launches to drive awareness and traffic.
-Working directly with our social media manager, graphic designer, web developer, and videographer to strategize and execute new content ideas that are based on specific target customer personas.
-Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive a stronger ROAS with a lower CAC.
-Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established growth metrics.
-Working with our influencer marketing agency to repurpose influencer content on paid marketing channels.
-Regularly reviewing and optimizing all advertising campaigns for continued ROAS improvement
-Improving attribution tracking to analyze CAC by channel, and LTV by channel. Make adjustments to marketing spend based on the analysis of LTV to CAC. Make recommendations on tools needed to track these metrics.
-Regularly reviewing multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimisation action plans to sales and marketing teams.
-Conducting regular customer surveys to further understand target audiences and buyer personas for more efficient marketing performance via paid channels.
-Ensuring the brand guidelines are consistently applied across all marketing assets.
-Working with our co-founders and videographer to script and execute custom video content that is compliant with paid channels.
-You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
-You have a minimum of 5 years experience scaling multi-channel e-commerce digital marketing channels to a seven figure monthly budget.
-You have a minimum of 5 years experience managing and creating Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Youtube Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing campaigns.
-You have extensive expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics and omnichannel and LTV to CAC reporting tools.
-You have extensive experience with Shopify, Bigcommerce, Wordpress, or a similar e-commerce platform.
-You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
-You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
-You are comfortable being held accountable to clear growth goals that are set by management and reviewed on a weekly basis.

Order Fulfillment Associate
Full Job Description Cornbread Hemp is looking for an order packer to help our growing ecommerce company. This job requires standing for multiple hours at a time, moderate physical activity, and familiarity with computers and shipping software. This position has the potential to grow into a full time role as our company continues to grow.
Job details include:
- $15 to $20 hours per week
- start time 9:00am, Monday to Friday
-Possible Saturday shifts, Black Friday mandatory.
-Familiarity with ShipStation and Google Chrome
-Conduct troubleshooting, including emptying browser cache
-Constructing small cardboard boxes to ship orders in
-Printing shipping labels each day, picking the correct items for the orders
-Packing the orders each day efficiently and organizing them by carrier for smooth pickup
-Ensuring packages are received by the USPS and UPS each day
-Ordering warehouse supplies and keeping inventory
-Sweeping and cleaning the warehouse at the end of each shift
-Restocking inventory on shelves as needed
