Can I take cannabis gummies while on a flight?
You can’t take marijuana-derived cannabis gummies with more than 0.3% THC on a flight, even if you’re flying between two states with legal marijuana markets. Federally compliant THC Gummies made from hemp with less than 0.3% THC are generally allowed in carry-on or checked luggage under TSA policy.
