CBD gummies are legal in Virginia only if they contain no more than 0.3% total THC and no more than 2 mg of total THC per package. As of August 15, 2026, the state removed an exception that allowed more THC in high-CBD products, so many full-spectrum CBD gummies no longer qualify. Products containing THC are limited to adults 21 and older.
