Assistance Program

At Cornbread Hemp Co., we’re 100% committed to making sure that our Kentucky-grown CBD hemp wellness products can be made available to all people. For this reason, we offer a 50% discount for our United States veterans, persons on long-term disability and qualifying low-income households. If you’re interested in purchasing Cornbread and think you might qualify for any of the categories, please review our program requirements below. After reviewing the requirements, carefully follow the instructions on this page to apply. We accept physical copies mailed to our office at PO Box 4242 Louisville, KY 40204.

Veterans: DD214 or VA card

Disability: Physician’s note or a disability income acceptance letter

Low-income: EBT Card, tax return or proof of income

Please redact any sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers, but make sure that we can identify you for program approval. We require program participants only use their discount for their own personal use. Discounts cannot be used with other coupon codes or with other discounts during a flash sale. We do not give partial refunds after approval on previous orders. There is a $250 monthly ceiling based on sales after the discount is applied and this ceiling resets on the first of each month.

To receive 50% off, those who have a long-term medical disability must provide:

  • certification from a physician

To apply for low-income assistance, please send us a copy of your up to date EBT card, or a copy of your personal tax return from the previous year. To qualify, your tax returns must reflect that income received was below the federal poverty level. To review that information from the Department of Health and Human Services, click here.
